Our Analytics comprises of software systems that deliver a clear view of performance based on data captured during Lean Validation. This enables us to guarantee a 5% year on year cost reduction to our clients.
The three components are:
Active Log Workflow: This fulfils a dual role.  It is a work flow tool that allows our engineers manage software issues for large scale projects enabling routing of the issue for rapid resolution. The workflow also captures vital data on the type of errors being made, which can then be categorised and reported on.
This tool delivers sustained savings. While providing a major managed service to one of our clients over a two year period, we reduced occurrences on 2 key metrics (Human & Protocol errors) by 75% and 57% respectively. This yielded a saving of over €150,000 annually.
Time Tracker: This enables GxP Systems to analyse our timesheet system and develop a ‘DNA style’ sequence of the time spent on projects from a VA/NVA (Value Add/ Non Value Add) point of view. Thus we can target and eliminate inefficient and unnecessary steps.
Using this tool on a recent medium sized project, we were able to see that approximately 10% of engineering time was spent re-working documentation for approval. By targeting this re-work for improvement, through our Lean Validation model, we delivered a saving of €2,000 per week.
Fixed Cost Estimation Tool: This tool enables us to quote our long-term clients on a fixed-fee basis. It has the intelligence to establish a benchmark fixed cost for an optimised validation process, based on its performance data.
Because our clients pay for work done rather than time spent on site, they are protected from cost over-runs due to unforeseen project delays.
