The company is seeking to expand its workforce immediately by 50% to 60 people. "Every single client company that pressed pause 18 months ago owing to uncertainty in the markets is switching back on," said Wall. "As a barometer of the state of Ireland's economy, this increased demand for skilled engineers is a positive sign and something we haven't seen for a long time. However, it is proving extremely difficult to recruit experienced engineers.
